WELCOME TO THE GOOD LIFE!
KOA PADDLE BOARDING ORIGINS
"When I started SUP (Stand Up Paddle Boarding), I hunted everywhere online for an organized, reliable place to learn things like paddle board techniques, methods, hard top vs inflatable paddle boards, and paddle board sizes. I was surprised to find how unorganized and confusing the information was. As a SUP instructor, many beginning paddlers would reach out to me for questions and advice. That's why I decided to make this wiki like website, so anyone can come and learn no matter where you are. Whether you are new to this lifestyle or already a veteran, there's valuable information here for everyone. Best part is it's in a clean and organized way so you don't have to be an expert to understand or appreciate the amazing world of stand up paddle boarding." -Eddie

Tip #1 : Always check out safety regulations and rules in your area before you paddle!
Most locations require you have a floatation device with you at all times. Make sure you have yours before you get a hefty ticket!
Tip #2 : Make sure your paddle is facing in the right direction.
The head of the paddle will always have an arch to it. Hold the paddle so that the arch of the head is always facing forwards in front you.
